RMD Group was formed by three partners driven by a passion for hospitality. Working our way up in the industry, we developed an eye for the details that make or break a venue. Over time, we built a team around us who shared our commitment to high standards and hard work.
Our first venue, Side Bar, started the string of successful ventures that transformed the nightlife scene in San Diego and put RMD Group on the map.
Today, we apply our expertise to the opening and operation of exciting venues all around the country. Our partners rely on us for management and consulting services, ranging from simple audits to fully imagined concept-to-launch engagements.
