Executive Chef

One of San Diego’s leading Hospitality companies, with many successful restaurants in operation, is looking for an Exceptional talented Executive Chef. Our Executive chef will have 10 years experience running all aspects of restaurant food service and daily kitchen operations. Our chef will have had previous success developing food concepts including menu planning, building and training a staff as well as managing all aspects of restaurant P&L. Our ideal candidate has opened and launched a successful restaurant or multiple locations of successful operations. Ideally, you will have extensive experience working in a steakhouse, or meat-centric restaurant environment, including full abilities in butchering and aging beef and other meats.
