Lead Security

Position Summary: 
Responsible for maintaining the safety of the staff, patrons, and the venue. The majority of time will be spent maintaining a good reputation while performing with the utmost efficiency, ensuring quality customer service, and building loyalty and trust with guests and staff. Will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Security to maintain all policies and procedures and maintain the integrity of the venue.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry. Example: hotel, restaurant, nightclub, etc.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a professional leadership role

 

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

  • Lead Card (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
  • Guard Card (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
  • CPR and First Aid certified (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)

Floor/Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:
Responsible for the operations of the venue during business hours.  The majority of time will be spent overseeing venue staff and creating a bridge of communication between staff, managers, and guests. Actively participate in creating all systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year managing experience with extensive knowledge in the service industry
  • Must be able to provide legible communication
  • Must be comfortable learning new skills
  • Bar and large party/private event experience preferred

Education:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred

Nightlife Manager

Position Summary:
Responsible for the success and growth of RMD venue. The majority of time will be spent on the development of venue managers and staff, driving revenue and profits, managing COGS and expenses in all departments, and acting as liaison between the managing partners and the venue’s staff.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years senior managing experience with extensive knowledge in restaurant, nightclub, and private parties
  • Must be familiar with expense management and cost controls
  • Must be able to provide legible written and verbal communication
  • Must be able to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system
  • Must be comfortable learning new skills
  • Must have a hands-on, proactive management style

 

Education:

Must have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
  • Four years related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Barback

Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting the bartenders on duty while prepping and stocking all bar supplies, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of lounge, restaurant, or night club experience

Nightclub Server Assistant

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing any and all duties associated with bottle service tables. To include,
but not limited to set-up and breakdown of nightclub, supplying tables with service items, maintaining cleanliness in assigned section and throughout nightclub and any tasks delegated by management.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months restaurant or nightclub experience

Line Cook

Position Summary: 
Responsible for prepping the station and executing all menu items at time of service, while keeping a clean and organized station.

Qualifications:
Experience a minimum of 2 years high volume in fine dining.

  • 12th grade or G.E.D

Cocktail Server

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing the highest quality of service to all guests in the nightclub. This includes, but is not limited to: serving drinks, VIP bottle service, bussing, running food, and wine presentation.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years cocktail serving experience

Skills and Attitudes:

  • Basic working knowledge of liquors, cocktails, and champagnes.
  • Positive “team player” attitude

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

VIP Host

Position Summary:

Responsible for consistent sales/reservations results, client prospecting and booking of bottle service tables, weekly hospitality and industry outreach, and efficient and timely communication with Managers and sales team. This is an on premise and off premise position. The majority of the on premise time will be spent organizing and managing all aspects of sales and customer reservations, maintaining the arrival and facilitation of all bottle service reservations, greeting of VIP clients upon arrival, building existing and new relationships, and assisting the VIP team throughout the course of the evening with VIP related duties. The majority of the off-premise time will be spent prospecting new clients and reaching out to existing clients through various mediums, as we well as conducting weekly hospitality outreach and industry related efforts to develop relationships that refer destination business.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in related field/hospitality industry (preferred)

Education:

  • High School education or equivalent

Restaurant Server
